By accessing or using Wreckerlogix, you agree to these Terms.
Service
Wreckerlogix is a software platform for tow operators to manage dispatch,
job tracking, billing, payments, and fleet operations. We provide the
software; you operate your business.
Account Eligibility
You must be a legally-operating towing or roadside business with proper
licensing in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for the accuracy of
data your team enters.
Subscription & Billing
- Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no
prorated refunds except where required by law
- Failed payments may result in service suspension after 7 days' notice
Payment Processing
Customer payments accepted through the platform are processed by Square,
Inc. under your own merchant account, which you connect via OAuth.
Wreckerlogix is not a party to those transactions and never holds funds.
Disputes, chargebacks, and tax obligations are between you, your customer,
and Square.
Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use Wreckerlogix to:
- Tow vehicles without proper legal authorization
- Charge fees that violate state predatory-towing laws
- Send unsolicited SMS/email outside of legitimate business communication
- Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the software
Data Ownership
You own the operational data your team enters. We own the software,
including all features, design, and code.
Service Availability
We target 99.5% uptime but make no guarantees. We are not liable for
business losses caused by service interruptions, force majeure, or
third-party (Square, Twilio, etc.) outages.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to
the amount you paid us in the past 12 months. We are not liable for
indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable
law. You may cancel anytime from your account settings.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of , Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes
acceptance.

Refund policy
Refund Policy
Wreckerlogix Subscription Fees:
Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel at any time; service continues through the end of your paid period.
Customer Tow Invoices:
Refunds for tow service charges are at the discretion of the wrecker company that performed the service, NOT Wreckerlogix. Contact the company listed on your receipt for refund requests.

Wreckerlogix ("we," "our," "us") provides dispatch and operations software to towing and roadside-assistance companies. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Information We Collect
Account Information-- Name, email, phone, role, and company affiliation of authorized users (drivers, dispatchers, supervisors).
Operational Data — Tow job details, vehicle information (year/make/ model/VIN/plate), customer contact info entered by your dispatchers, photos, signatures, GPS coordinates of company vehicles, time-clock entries, and maintenance records.
Payment Information — When customers pay invoices through Wreckerlogix, card data is tokenized and processed by Square, Inc. We do not store, log, or have access to credit card numbers, CVV codes, or full magnetic stripe data. We retain only the last four digits, card brand, and a Square payment ID for receipts and refunds.
Device & Browser Data— IP address, browser type, device type, and session timestamps for security and audit logging. How We Use Information - To provide the Wreckerlogix dispatch, billing, and reporting services - To process payments via Square, send receipts via SendGrid (email) and Twilio (SMS), and route navigation via Mapbox - To keep audit logs of who created, updated, paid, or deleted records - To send transactional notifications (job assignments, payment confirmations) We do not sell personal information.
How We Share Information
We share data only with: - Square, Inc.— to process payments - Twilio — to deliver SMS messages - SendGrid (Twilio) — to deliver emails - Mapbox — for mapping and routing - Cloud infrastructure providers (MongoDB Atlas, Emergent) — for hosting These providers are bound by their own privacy policies and data-processing agreements. We never share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
Data Retention Operational data is retained for the life of your subscription plus 90 days after cancellation, at which point it is permanently deleted. You may request earlier deletion by emailing us.
Security - All data in transit uses TLS 1.2 or higher - Square OAuth access tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-128 (Fernet) - Photos and documents are stored as base64 within tenant-isolated records - We employ role-based access control: drivers see only their own jobs, dispatchers see their company, super-admins see only their tenant

Children Wreckerlogix is not intended for use by individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here and notified by email at least 14 days before taking effect.
